Hannes Mussner (*1989 in Bolzano, South Tyrol) follows in the footsteps of great modern wood sculptors from South Tyrol such as Bruno Walpoth and Aron Demetz. “Wood as a once living material carries time, growth, fibers, knots and wounds with it in its properties and complexity and is thus most similar to humans and animals as a material”.
