“Symbiotic Parasite (Half Parasite)” shows different ways of thinking about living together. Five wooden cubes design scenarios between balance and exploitation. The work comments on the extractive character of the capitalist consumer society.

Biography

Simon Demming studied at the Art Academy in Münster in the class of Prof. K. Weber from 2020 to 2023. Since 2023 he has been studying for his master’s degree at the Institute for Arts and Media at the University of Potsdam.
